BJ's Work Out Plan

Jan 4th - 11th


Jan 9 40 Minutes with Bob and 30 Minutes on the Gazelle.

Jan 8th It was so hard to get up this morning, I just wanted that extra hour of sleep so bad. But I got up and I got on the Gazelle for 60 Minutes. Did a few squats and sit-ups. - It just didn't feel like a good work out though!! Maybe I will have some time later.

Jan 7th Worked out with Bob for 30 Minutes then used the Gazelle for 30 Minutes. 1 Hour of Heavy breathing and lots of sweating!!

Jan 6 NO workouts today. I did lots of house work and laundry but never made it to the Gazelle - I am so disappointed in my self today!

Jan 5th This morning was not so good. I hit the snooze button for an HOUR!!! Then finally got up and had to rush out and get my son to practice and then myself to work. Guess I will be working my butt off tonight.

Jan 4th 5:00 AM - Worked out with Bob for 40 Minutes (BL Video) and did 20 minutes on my Gazelle.

1/14/08 today I worked very hard I shoveled snow and did tai boxing and 75 situps on my ab lounge all around then i did 20 minutes on stationary bike

1/12/08 Today I did tai boxing video and the stationary bike and 35 situps all around on the ab lounge but I also played 3 games of indoor soccer with my son

1/11/08 Today i did the tai boxing video again and then I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike as well as 35 situps all around on my ab lounge

1/10/08 Today I did the Tai boxing video again and I did 50 situps all around and then I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike

1/9/08 Today I did the 30 minute tai boxing workout then i did the ab lounge for 30 situps all around

1/8/08 This am i did the Tai Boxing video and then 30 minutes on my stationary bike and then 30 situps on my Ab lounge all around
